Are You:

In A Role of Christian Leadership or
Responsibility In Your Church?

In Need Of Just The Right
Words
To Use In A Letter or Email
For Key Occasions?

Even (and perhaps especially) in this age of the Internet, the value and power of a well-written letter is a tremendous spiritual influence, and is an often-overlooked ministry tool among pastors and church leaders!

A thoughtful, personal letter from you will provide your church members with a greater sense of value, importance, and recognition, as they realize how much they are appreciated, valued, and respected in your eyes!

"First and foremost, I give glory and honor to God for inspiring you to be a blessing to others by way of the influence of your letters. Again, I can't thank you enough for everything!" - Sister Anna Barrow New York, NY

Dear Ministry Friend,

    Think about this.

Most of us look forward to getting our mail each day almost more than anything else.

And when the mail includes a personal letter, it's arrival is often the high point of our day!

A big reason that most of us don't often write many real "letters" any more of course, is because of that new and powerful tool, the "Internet", and e-mail.

It's now far too easy for us to just quickly dash off a sentence or two, almost thoughtlessly.

And if we don't do that, we simply make a quick phone call, catching people on their "cell", perhaps between appointments, or perhaps during their drive to or from work.

Yet precisely because thoughtful,
well-written, personal correspondence is
such an increasing rarity, it has garnered
even more value and potential power
in today's world!

Now imagine ... that among the postal carrier's daily delivery of bills, advertisements, and junk mail, you receive a nice, personally-addressed envelope on personal stationary, with an actual first-class stamp! Wouldn't that make you sit up and take notice?

Inside, you find a personal note to you from your church's minister, or from another respected member of your church or community, specifically addressing you by name, congratulating you on a recent achievement or award, extending their most heartfelt appreciation for your participation and contribution to the Bible study group last Sunday, and looking forward to attending the prayer meeting event your group is planning for next Wednesday.

Now tell me - you'd feel pretty good about getting a letter like that, now wouldn't you? You'd really sit up and take notice at something like that, wouldn't you? Well, so would any other member of your church!

Just how do you think a member of your church would respond to a letter such as this?

    Would they stay away?

Or would they become even better Christians?

Now, don't get me wrong - emails, phone calls, and even faxes all have their place in the world of business, and even in the church.

And yet even today, or perhaps especially today, no form of communication is quite appreciated as much - or needed as much, as a personal letter - especially from someone we know and respect.

A letter can be re-read, savored, and then kept as a reminder of the writer's friendship, thoughtfulness, and caring, for many years, or even for many lifetimes.

"But I can't (or I hate to) write!"

Many people find writing difficult. Especially when it comes to writing personal letters.

Even pastors, preachers, and professional ministers, whose jobs revolve around words and the preparation of eloquent sermons, often have a difficult time composing personal correspondences.

Many pastors find that they would rather walk with Daniel into the lion's den, than write a personal letter to one of their flock!

Yet, receiving a personal letter from the pastor is often as valuable a ministry to a member as a pastoral calling!

Direct, thoughtful correspondence from the pastor or minister of a church communicates to the member, "You are an important, valuable person that I (and God) care about."

What a valuable message to convey, from one whose calling is to reflect God's love for every person!

Finally, an easy-to-use resource for Ministers,
Pastors, and/or Church Secretaries who want to
communicate on a more consistent, personal
basis with the people they minister to.

You don't need to struggle with this! Like any ministry skill, there's help out here waiting for you. You don't need to reinvent the wheel, or "start from scratch" every time!

Often, the most difficult part of starting a letter is just simply the "starting"!

I have compiled a comprehensive collection of over 200 ministry letters on a wide range of ministry, church, and pastoral topics.

A large number of these letters I have personally written and successfully used myself time and time again in my over 24 years of full-time ministry service.

Many, many others have been sent and suggested to me by other pastors and church leaders, who have themselves used these letters successfully in their own ministries and church service.

Just paging through this incredible collection will jump-start your imagination, and will open your eyes to incredible new ways to expand your ministry.

These Ministry Letters™ templates will absolutely impact your people in incredibly positive ways, and your habit of sending positive, encouraging letters will grow - to the visible benefit of your ministry, and of your church!

"I am excited about the possibilities of the Ministry Letters. I have already used several of them, and will be using some of the others soon. I am also grateful for the follow-up e-mails alerting me to additional Ministry Letters as they become available. Thanks for such a great service!"
- Shirley Price
